PLUSHIES & PETS

A work-in-progress page meant to document all of the Silly Little Guys around me. I will be adding images of them, as well as buttons to play audio of how they sound (or would sound if they could speak).

NESOBERIS

A type of Japanese plushie that I particularly like. The name literally means "lying downer," but not as in someone who tells mistruths, but is instead simply describing how they prefer to rest their bodies.

I have a very large amount of them. I need to stop. Please help.

IKEA ANIMALS

I have a 1M Blahaj called "Elizabeth," a 50cm Blahaj called "Bob" who has a "tag piercing," and a yellow octopus.

GUINEA PIGS

My family currently have 3 guinea pigs. The [square bracket dates] indicate when we adopted them, not when they were born.

Giles [2018-2022]

PERSONALITY: Eccentric, oblivious, hungry

An airheaded guinea pig with an affinity for the snack called "pea flakes." To summon said peaflakes, he would look up toward the sky and open his mouth, hoping one would magically find its way into his mouth.
Hours before feeding time, he tended to wait around the gate to the outside world and bite the bars - hoping that he would somehow open the gate. Unfortunately one day, while he was biting the bars, I accidentally pulled the cage gate open which ended up pulling one of his teeth out. But luckily, as guinea pigs are rodents, their teeth grow back in a few days. But, uncharacteristically of the bold and reckless Giles, for a few hours after the incident he simply hid and failed to even eat a limp piece of cucumber.

Jackson [2018-2023]

PERSONALITY: Perceptive, independant, takes things at his own pace

A guinea pig who liked to rumble at his friend Giles. He was generally slow-paced and very intelligent for a guinea pig - even to the extend of being able to figure out the fabled "pea flake box." He occasionally herded my mother back towards the cage, presumably to get her to restock their nugget bowl.
When we first adopted him, he tried to hide at the side of the cage by running into a corner and freezing. Wow, what a good hiding spot! (There was literally zero cover there)

Guy [2022-2025]

PERSONALITY: Vibrant/expressive, sociable, doesn't care what others say

The friend we got for Jackson, after Giles died. Guy is similar to Jackson in many ways, except for the fact that he's less chill and instead more expressive. When he was with Jackson, the two of them had some beef, but Jackson died a couple of months after we adopted Guy, so we unfortunately never really got to see them get along that well. At best, they kinda just sat there ignoring eachother. Well, aside from when Guy barged in on Jackson's territory and tried to be friends with him.

Sylvie [2023-present]

PERSONALITY: Jittery, kind-hearted, sensitive

Remarkably shy and stuttery, even for a guinea pig. Sylvie likes pea flakes, but not to the insane amount that Giles did. Sylvie is very reserved and doesn't like to eat too much of any one food. Instead, she would rather run about - very fast, and rather frequently too. At many of their dinner-times where they are let out, she usually does a quick sprint up and down (the area is about 2 meters). Very impressive for a creature of her size, although for a human, it's probably about 2 steps. She's like a little scared puppy, I guess..?

Copper [2023-present]

PERSONALITY: Outgoing, socially inept, fiesty

Copper, alike to Giles, also follows in the ancient tradition set by her legendary ancestor. This tradition known as "airbiting" appears to be some sort of ritual, believed to summon a precious source of food known as "love-hearts." When nervous, she tends to "barber" her sister (Sylvie)'s fur, much to Sylvie's displeasure.

Jed [2025-present]

The new one. He seems very very speedy. He likes to climb up on the bars. He cleans his fur a lot (very hygenic!), and seems to be an emotionally-aware leader.

COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF POKEMON PLUSHIES FROM WHEN I WAS A KID

I was, yes, a Pokemon kid (from the age of 4). In the present day, I have far too many of them lying around in a random box that I never open. They will be executed shortly.

This is how I feel when i see it *keyboard mashes* ioOUNAWnod noipuiouno IUA LUSIOU ASL LASD Listen I keep up appearances of being a sane person who acn type sometimes, who's overly serious and has no fun and is unempathetic and horrible, but then I break out into inconherant nonsense because I see a KLOISKKISK KKD FPSIDPOISPDFPIOSIDPFI SPDIFO PSSKIIIPIPSPP P POKAPPAPAAA CUUUUUYUTE!!!
Huh with the amount of weird random content my mind pumps out, I should probably send it to someone to psychoanaklyse me. I couldn't be bothered to do it myself so whop wants to do it for $19 who wants the $19 fortnite card (This was written in 2024 for your information 😇)

"Rainbow sheeps!" Even the fact that the plural form is mispelled just makes it all more endearing!
I love mispellings. They're so fun. Usually I just laugh at them, but...
