bro i need to get adhd medication and strengthen my depression medication

i have no logical reason to be depressed, im just really sensitive and jump between subjects a lot

I probably have ADHD but no depression, the "depression" is the low dopamine bursts

Focus thing. Try it pls, it's better than music because it gets less boring and I can loop it for hours and forget the time without having to switch songs and realising it's been 5 hours and then freaking onut. Much more calming. Ignorance is bliss #cutesy 🥰
